Over the years there has been much focus on psychopathology
but very little focus on positive psychology.
I would like to offer a suggestion for improved mental health from A Primer in Positive Psychology by Christopher Peterson. The exercise is “three good things” because it entails writing down at the end of each day three things that went well in your life. Try this out for a week and I guarantee it will make you feel better. Being mindful about good events in your life can change the way you think and feel about life.
