What does it mean to a frail elderly patient who is experiencing such profound dementia that they don’t recognize family members? How about the adolescent patient who is suffering from her first psychotic break?

We deliver the type of care that we would want for ourselves or our family members. We want to engage patients in a care model that exceeds their expectations as if they are the most important patients in the world, because they are the most important people to their families.
